This beautiful GTO came from the factory in Candlelite Cream and was repainted Montero Red around 2005; you would never know that it didn’t come from the factory Red. About that same time, the Tri-Power was added during the ground up restoration and other equipment: power steering, power brakes with BF Goodrich Redline tires mounted to original factory wheels.

1947 Chevy Fleetmaster Street Rod. An original California Coupe with an all steel body. This frame off street rod conversion has stunning Corvette Torch Red exterior paint. This 1978 Pontiac Trans Am was ordered from Mecham Pontiac in Glendale, AZ in April 1978. The original Orange County, California owners, having heard and read about the “Macho T/A’s” being built by DKM Performance (Dennis & Kyle Mecham, sons of the dealership’s owner), wanted the “Macho T/A” package installed on their new Trans Am upon delivery.

The basic package consisted of opening up the shaker hood scoop, re-jetting the carb, re-curving the HEI distributor, and replacing the stock exhaust with Hooker Headers along with a true dual exhaust using dual catalytic converters & no mufflers. These improvements were said to add 50-60 hp over a stock Trans Am.

The suspension was also modified by re-tempering the front springs lowering the front ride height by 1.5 inches and installing Koni adjustable shocks all around. Macho Trans Ams were featured in many road tests and enthusiast magazines back in the day, including Hot Rod and Motor Trend.

Refinished in its original factory Blue Charcoal paint, this 1965 LeMans has undergone a though ground-up mechanical and cosmetic restoration, completed in 2010 and has been driven only 1,300 miles since completion. The LeMans retains all its original born-with sheet metal. The original blur vinyl interior has been completely restored and all exterior and interior chrome and bright work have been professionally refinished.

This LeMans was originally equipped with a 326 c.i. V8; during restoration the original drive train was replaced with a complete period correct 421 c.i. V8 with tri-power, sourced from a Catalina 2+2.
